Rooted Pathways provides personalized college and career counseling for students in public school, private school, and homeschool settings. Through one-on-one coaching, practical planning, and Christ-centered encouragement, I help students navigate the often-overwhelming process of preparing for life after high school with confidence and purpose.

Hi, I'm Kehla Vance.
For more than fifteen years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside students and families through some of the most important educational decisions they'll ever make.

I've helped hundreds of students explore career paths, develop four-year academic plans, evaluate transcripts, navigate the college admissions process, pursue scholarships, and prepare for successful transitions after graduation.
While I love helping students get accepted into college, I believe my role is much bigger than that. My desire is to help each student discover the gifts God has given them and confidently pursue the path He has prepared for their future.
Every student begins here.
During this 90-minute meeting, we'll discuss goals, review transcripts (if applicable), identify strengths, and create a personalized action plan for the future.
Session will be scheduled no sooner than one week after it has been purchased. You will receive an email confirmation, and we will work together to identify a time and place for the meeting to take place. It is recommended that a parent attend the meeting for the first thirty minutes but may also attend for the entire session.

Whether it's reviewing a transcript, preparing for the ACT, navigating scholarships, choosing high school courses, or completing college applications, these sessions provide personalized support exactly where it's needed.
