Run REC 26-27 XC Season

RUN REC Cross Country Season
$200.00

Registration for RUN REC Cross Country includes a full season experience designed to build endurance, character, and community. Athletes will participate in approximately 8–10 meets throughout the season and attend two weekly practices at the Frankfort Archives.

Each runner receives a team singlet (rental included) and follows a structured training and running plan appropriate for their age and ability level. Practices also include short devotionals that help connect physical discipline with spiritual formation, reinforcing our Christ-centered approach to athletics.

Our goal is to develop strong runners and even stronger character through consistent training, encouragement, and purposeful movement.

Open to students K-5th grade. Students 2nd grade and under require parent presence at all practices for safety purposes.

Why Run REC?

01/Christ-Centered Coaching

Everything we do flows from a biblical worldview. Athletes are encouraged, corrected, and coached with grace, truth, and purpose—seeing running as part of how we honor God with our bodies and discipline.

02/Whole-Person Formation

We care more about the person being formed than the runner being trained. Character, perseverance, humility, and consistency matter just as much as pace or distance.

03/Joyful, Endurance-Based Movement

Running is not punishment—it is a gift. We train to build endurance, resilience, and joy in movement, helping students learn to work hard, push through discomfort, and appreciate what their bodies can do.
